Originating from California, Marca MP is a Regional Mexican band whose sound embraces banda, mariachi, and ranchera. Their debut single, "El Guerro," landed in 2019 and it was a huge hit! In fact, the collaboration with Grupo Firme was the most watched online video in Mexico in 2019. How impressive is that?! Ever since, they've independently dropped five digital-only live albums, the studio-recorded Flores extended play, as well as the studio LP No Me Quejo. Brindo landed in 2022 and the stunning 19-track Aunque Digan hit airwaves in 2023. Marca MP returned in 2024 with Lealtad, and it’s their biggest opus to date! This trek comes hot off the heels of Lealtad. The SIMPLEMENTE MARCA TOUR kickstarts in Fresno, CA, on April 20 and makes its way to the iconic McAllen Performing Arts Center in Mcallen, TX on November 9, before wrapping up in Oakland, CA on November 30.
Formed back in 2018 by a quartet of high school buddies, the band included chief vocalist Pedro Vargas (otherwise known as "El Chato"), tuba player Esteban Salcedo, and talented guitarists Cristian Daniel and Jesús Tizoc. During their early career stages, they gigged at private and street parties in southern California, performed at invitation-only concerts and weddings, as well as toured locally and regionally opening for groups performing in northern Mexico. They dropped their debut extended play, En Vivo, in 2019 and the set included the sensational "El Guero." In 2020, the four piece independently issued its studio LP, No Me Quejo, as well as the live outing Las Preferidas, Vol. 2 (En Vivo). It was such a hit that they went on to drop a whopping five live albums, which were all received with critical acclaim. Fast forward to 2024, and Marca MP released their most dynamic record yet. From romantic ballads to rousing corridos, Lealtad has something for absolutely everyone!
